Shipping

Shipping within Canada is through Canada Post and will be sent Expedited Parcel Post. Please allow 5 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for delivery.

Shipping to the United States will be through the Canadian Postal Service and the United States Postal Service. Please allow 7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) for delivery for all U.S.A. orders. All duties required by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient. Orders processed through customs may be delayed.

Please include a complete address. Failure to add an apartment or suite number will result in your order being returned automatically by the respective postal service. This will increase the cost of shipping and cause a delay as we will need to contact you for additional shipping costs.

We have attempted to keep shipping costs at a minimum by using a flat rate system. For Priority Service please call for shipping costs.

Return Policy
All products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of payment. All products must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds will be issued less original shipping costs.

Autoclaves and Nail Dust Extractors will be subject to a 25% restocking charge. Defective product must be shipped by the purchaser to the original distributor.

Items that are on Sale, are for the time period indicated. Example: All sale items shown during the month of June are active for June only. Products sold prior to June will not be accepted for return in order to obtain a lower price.
